John Seifert

John is a highly experienced architect who has led the practice since its inception. He takes a hands-on approach and is the initiator of many of the practices designs as well as setting the overall strategy for the company. John has a diverse portfolio of projects built worldwide for a list of substantial clients. Many of his works have been obtained through success in international competitions and a number have won design and conservation awards. Important projects include the Radisson SAS in Frankfurt, Cutlers Gardens in the City of London, Glengall Bridge in London Docklands, Siebel Headquarters in London, Marina Towers in New Jersey, The Hilton in Kiev, London City Airport and the Master Plan of Westhafen in Frankfurt. |

Malcolm Noakes

Malcolm has an extensive track record of successful projects in his career in Africa, France as well as the UK. Whilst having skills covering most building types he has developed a particular interest and specialist skills in hotel design. Malcolm’s responsibility within the practice includes the design and implementation of hotels and resorts and management of international projects. His portfolio of projects includes the Carlton Intercontinental Cannes, Charles de Gaulle Airport, Antwerp and Kampala Hiltons and Towers Hill and West London Novotels, Vilamoura Golf and Spa Resort and Conrad Algarve Palacio Da Quinta Resort in Portugal.

Achim Jaeger

Achim has been a practising architect for over 20 years of which he has spent twelve years in the UK and ten years in Germany. He is now involved in running our successful Ukrainian practice. Achim’s work includes major master planning projects as well as mixed-use planning, hotel and office design. His portfolio of projects includes the master plan for the Frankfurt Westhafen Harbour, the Frankfurt Westhafen office building, The Hilton Frankfurt, Stadhaus Cologne Intercontinental Hotel and the Postdam Hotel and Golf Club complex as well as the 180,000 m2 Hippodrome retail mall in Odessa. |

Duncan Mitchell

Duncan is responsible for major projects in the UK and business development. His career in the field of architecture spans 25 years. He has been responsible for a number of high profile completed projects providing design leadership at all stages in the design and construction process. His portfolio of projects includes major offices in London’s west end, Shaza Hotels brand development, Sheraton Hotel Oman, Hyde Park Towers luxury Apartments and Fortnum and Mason department store, London together with various luxury homes and now the 5 star Corinthia Hotel in central London. |

Simon Coles
RIBA Director
Simon has recently joined Seifert Architects having gained over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of complex, mixed use developments. A first rate designer who is confident in meeting the aspirations of client organisations at all levels, he is a capable leader and an excellent communicator. Simon has designed a number of highly profitable and successful projects including Wandsworth Riverside Quarter, the Whitbread Brewery conversion in the City and the Paragon Student Campus in West London. Currently, Simon is responsible for two large, mixed use projects in Europe and a 700 bed hotel in Munich. |
