Our core architectural services are supported by our sister company Seifert Interiors which has an extensive track record in both hospitality and residential design.

Together with Seifert Kyiv we are currently commissioned on projects totalling more than 3 million m2. Our projects include: Master planning, Mixed use, A-class Offices, Retail Malls, Hotels and Resorts at all star ratings, Large scale Residential and Historical buildings.

We see ourselves as part of the development team and often assist clients at the inception of their projects in finding a development which best realises the potential of their properties. We help in selecting the right team and if required take responsibility for the full team.

During the design process, we lead the way by demonstrating Design Excellence and adhering to a managed working process. We assist in construction procurement and are enthusiastic about the detailed work necessary to provide practical and economic construction information.
